ATTENTION ATTENTION
DIRECTIONS:
Take I-25 south through Colorado Springs to EXIT 138. This is the Circle
Drive, Lake Avenue (& Tinseltown) exit. Go WEST toward the mountains for
about 2.25 miles to the Broadmoor area. Turn LEFT (South) at OLD BROADMOOR
ROAD. There is a small roundabout (traffic circle) with a stone marker that
says BROADMOOR at this intersection. Just before the roundabout the Bank at
Broadmoor and Broadmoor Community Church will be on your left.
Rick's is the second home on the left as you go South on Old Broadmoor Road.
The address is 2809 Old Broadmoor Road. Rick's home is blue and white with
lots of Aspen trees out front. It sits back from the street in a cul de
sac.
PLEASE NOTE THESE PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
Please park on the street or in our driveway. Do not block any driveways in
the neighborhood! Sorry, There is a neighbor who calls the cops if her
driveway is remotely blocked!
