for 2009 here is what we did.

WHAT: Rampart Chapter Holiday Party

·   Social hour – Pork Loin, Salmon, veggie trays hors d’oeuvres, and pay as you go cash bar(s)

·   Gala sit down buffet with beef and chicken entrees, a vegetarian option, vegetables, a starch, dessert bar, and coffee

·   Bottles of red/white (one each) wine will be on each table

·   Bill Sasz will provide a $150 gift certificate for hors d’oeuvres at Jack Quinn’s to the Class with the most attendees

·   Parking is available for $1.00 all night at the City Parking Garage in the South West Corner of  Nevada and Colorado, enter off Nevada going south.  This is just around the corner from Jack Quinn’s.

·   Alas, we will not have the Cadet Chorale this year, but plan to have Seasonal music piped in

WHEN: Friday, 4 Dec 09

·   Social Hour 1800 to 1900

·   Sit Down Buffet 1900

WHERE: Jack Quinn’s (21 South Tejon Street) upstairs banquet room decorated in a festive motif

COST: All for only $30 per person.  Pay Harvey at the event….just like for luncheons

·   Binding (pay if no show without cancellation) before 30 Nov 09

·   Can handle some show ups without reservation – No one will be turned away

4. Right now ’66 is in the lead for the gift certificate, but is closely followed by three other Classes…Could go to any Class
   
5. Binding count due to Jack Quinn’s by 30 Nov 09.  If no show without cancelling with Harvey before 30 Nov 09, we have to pay
   
6. There is some allowance for some without reservations showing up at the event….No one will be turned away
   
7. That Gift Certificate is really worth getting your Classmates to join us for the Party.  ’66 has won it two times and it is a great evening.
